Explore a Secret Place in Chicago...The Library Club
“The Library Club.” Located at the 40th floor of 190 South LaSalle, was constructed in 1986 as a Class-A office building by architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee.
The Library offers an air of refined elegance that nods to another era, rich in tradition, warm and palatial . This regal Library with dramatic views of the skyline is now a private club for the building tenants and available for rent for events.
The former law library is still intact with over 50,000 volumes of law books, an opulent chandelier and a custom mahogany bar which welcomes your guest for a classic cocktail. Richly upholstered alcoves are inviting for a intimate conversation.
