Set the Tone for Your Day

I have discovered that the first few minutes of my day can set the tone for the rest of my day. Small changes to a morning routine can result in a more peaceful and productive day. Over time I have implemented a simple morning routine that helps me set the mood for my entire day. Here are some of my tips:

-At night I leave my mobile phone in the kitchen to charge. This seams to be the biggest surprise for many. I use an old iPhone 5 for @sleepcyclealarmclock alarm. It eliminates the situation of staying up late checking social media or answering emails before getting out of bed. We all have been there, haven’t we? 

-Wake up your body with tea - hot water (but not boiling) with lemon, ginger and honey πŸ― πŸ‹ 

-I spend next 10-20 minutes meditating with @calm App.

-Time for coffee! β˜•οΈ @jura_coffee.

-Stretching routine for 10 minutes using @flexistretcher #iamflxstrong

-Now it is time to check emails and social media πŸ˜Š
