In Rowing Everybody Has a Purpose

As I was sweating after a hardcore rowing class at the Row House Old Town Chicago I learned something new about team members and their responsibilities. It reminded me of a strong business organization where everybody has a purpose, everybody must give 110% effort, everybody counts on each other. There is full transparency and accountability. Boats that have solid teams like this make it to the finish line first. Organizations that have cultures with a purpose win customers minds and hearts and continue to help team members grow personally and professionally and also better the communities around them.
