Interview with Ladybossblogger

I recently interviewed with Ladybossblogger. Founded by Elaine Rau, Ladybossblogger stemmed from a move to Honduras when she decided to start writing about people. Her mission is to elevate women, specifically businesswomen bridging the gender gap in the entrepreneurial world.  Elaine wants to make a clean platform where women are valued for their achievements.

I was excited to share with Elaine my experience on the entrepreneurial path and Russian Pointe's success story. In business, it is not easy to find the right path, but not impossible. Through a series of trials and different strategies, you see what works and what does not. Also, it is crucial to know when to stop and change course, even if a lot of resources were invested.
