The Importance of Natural Food
I often notice how the quality of the food that I eat impacts my energy level and physical performance. Unfortunately today’s food industry standards permit additions of GMO, artificial preservatives and coloring. When possible I try to eat organic and naturally produced food from local farmers.
These pictures are from a cheese maker in Mont Blanc where they make an award winning cheese. Just outside there were many happy cows in the sun eating grass. The milk from the cows is used to make this perfect cheese. Stay healthy, stay well!
