"Food, I love you" on Russian TV

I was glad to join my good friends Anna Reznik and Alexei Kremnev for their appearance on Russian TV! Anna and Alexei, who are founding artistic directors of the Joffrey Academy of Dance and Joffrey Studio Company, were invited to appear on the program “Food, I love you” on the Russian TV channel Friday. The program visited Chicago, and other cities including New York, Los Angeles and Miami, to experience American food, and specifically the food prepared and enjoyed by Russian-Americans. Anna prepared two dishes alongside the program's co-host Vladimir, and I joined them afterward for tasting and conversation. The experience was interesting and enjoyable, and it reminded me just how fascinated I am by cuisine, particularly as it is connected with our individual cultural backgrounds.
