Water is a Source for Life

Water is our source for life, energy and calmness. I have asked many of my entrepreneur friends what do they do to clear their mind and tackle big matters. Many say that they go on long walks on the beach alone for hours. I always wondered why walking on the beach with water barely touching my feet is so relaxing. Perhaps it is the sound of waves, the movements forward without anything else distracting us, or the feet getting a mini-massage sinking in the sand that relaxes us. It is the careless birds playing in the water and the vision of an endless shire.

Many ideas came to my mind while I was walking alone on the shore. Since I usually leave my phone at home for long beach walks, sometimes I wish I had brought a little notepad to write them down.
